Why is Tradr 2X Short AAOI Daily ETF (AAOZ) stock moving?

AAOZ is a 2x daily inverse fund on Applied Optoelectronics (AAOI), so it rises when AAOI falls. It jumped from $26.57 to $37.85 on Nov 5, a gain of about 42%. Over that period AAOI fell about 16% in an AI optics selloff, and AAOI then reported Q3 results after the close. Record Q3 revenue of $269.9M was offset by Q4 guidance below consensus, and AAOI fell about 10% after hours. Yahoo's AAOI page later showed it up about 5% at $49.35, which would pull AAOZ lower. Price action is extremely volatile, with daily ranges of 20-30% and implied volatility near 217%. The fund also resets daily, so volatile and choppy markets erode returns over time. It is a sub-$25M product that trades at a discount to NAV. After a roughly 59% monthly drop in AAOI, rebounds in AAOI would hurt AAOZ sharply. The fund has risen 130% from $16.09 on Oct 29, so AAOZ looks stretched in the near term. It is a short-term trading tool, not a hold.
