Why is Bloom Energy (BE) stock moving?

Bloom's fundamentals are strong. Q3 revenue rose 138% to $1.24B and beat estimates. Guidance was raised for the third time this year to $4.4B-$4.6B in revenue and $3.10-$3.40 in non-GAAP EPS. Margins are expanding, and the company holds $2.5B in cash. Newer demand signals include a 900 MW NTT DATA agreement, a California Resources collaboration and a Barclays upgrade. The stock has still been very volatile and weak. It fell from about $238 on Oct 21 to $193 on Oct 23 after earnings. After a bounce, it closed at $200.40 on Nov 4 on heavy volume of about 508K shares. It then fell sharply again on Nov 5, with reports of a drop of about 15%. The drivers were a rotation out of AI infrastructure names after the midterms and doubts about data center policy. Other concerns are negative Q3 free cash flow of $181M, higher working capital needs, the Oracle force majeure notice, dilution risk and a law firm investigation. The stock sits well below its key moving averages and about 43% below its 52-week high of $351. Fundamentals and sentiment are pulling in opposite directions, so near-term moves are likely to stay large.
