Why is Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) (TSM) stock moving?

TSMC's fundamentals are very strong. Q3 revenue was $46.72B, up 41.2%, with a 66.4% gross margin. Q4 guidance of $52.3B-$54.3B and about 44% full-year growth are strong. The share price has weakened, though. A semiconductor-wide selloff hit TSM, which fell 2.24% to $395.75 in the prior session and opened about 5% lower on Nov 5. The stock is down nearly 11% in a month and now sits near its 200-day average, below its shorter-term averages. Concerns include trade restrictions, overseas fab costs that dilute margins, capex of $60B-$64B, and Taiwan geopolitical risk. October sales due Nov 10 face a high bar set by the Q4 guidance. Analysts remain constructive, and Bernstein's target is $600. Price market data was unavailable, so the technical read relies on news reports.
