Why is UBER stock moving?

Uber rebounded after Q3 results. The stock closed Nov 4 at $69.87, up 4.9%, after an intraday high of $72.50. Volume was about 336K in the data provided, roughly double the recent daily levels, and it came off the 52-week low of $64.04. Revenue was $14.77B (+10%), gross bookings were $59.8B (+20%, a fifth straight quarter above 20%), and Delivery bookings rose 22%. Trailing-12-month free cash flow hit a record $10.4B. Weak points remain. Q4 adjusted EPS guidance of $0.95-$0.99 is below the $1.06 consensus. Mobility revenue fell 2% and missed estimates. Driver supply, fuel costs and the Middle East conflict are weighing on mobility. Waymo is unwinding its exclusive partnership, and BTIG cut its target on mobility deceleration. Fresh positives include Uber Eats being picked as Amazon's restaurant delivery partner, which lifted early Nov 5 trading to about $70-72. The relief rally came from low expectations. Gains were pared from the intraday high, so follow-through is not yet proven.
