Why is CLEAR Secure (YOU) stock moving?

CLEAR reported strong Q3 results on Nov 4. Revenue rose 27.8% to $292.9M, ahead of the roughly $286.7M consensus. Adjusted EBITDA was $103.9M, a 35.5% margin. Members grew 14.5% to 8.5M. Management guided Q4 revenue to $299-302M and raised its 2026 free-cash-flow outlook to at least $490M. The stock jumped from $47.76 to a $59.08 close on Nov 4, a gain of about 24%. It traded 6.7M shares that day, several times the recent norm of about 1-2M, and touched an intraday high of $66.20. It then gave back some ground on Nov 5, closing at $56.50 on lower volume of 2.6M. That fade from the high suggests some profit-taking. Analysts moved up after the report: Needham to $90, Goldman at $80, JPMorgan to $75 and Wells Fargo to $50 (still Underweight). The consensus rating remains Hold, with targets of roughly $61-67 depending on the source. Risks include a stretched short-term run, a split analyst camp, and the consensus rating still at Hold. The stock is now near or above many targets, and sources disagree on how EPS is measured. Even so, the fundamentals and cash returns are strong.
