Why is SpaceX (SPCX) stock moving?

SPCX closed at $135.92 on Nov 4, down 3.81% on heavy volume of about 135M shares, after rising to $141.31 on Nov 3. It is near the $135 IPO price and about 20% lower over the past month. The Nov 2–3 bounce came from reports of Boost Mobile talks, which neither side has confirmed. T-Mobile's CEO has ruled out a network deal, and analysts doubt SpaceX can take over Boost's carrier arrangements without AT&T and T-Mobile agreeing. A Qualcomm deal for Starlink Mobile network technology, announced Nov 4, supports the wireless strategy but did not stop the fall. Overhangs are the December share unlocks, the midterm election outcome and customer concentration. Analyst ratings stay positive at about 81% buy, with a consensus target near $225, well above the current price. The stock is oversold and sitting near IPO-price support, but supply pressure and unconfirmed deal news leave it fragile. Short-term direction depends on the $134–136 zone holding. The drop on Nov 4 was somewhat smaller than the roughly 6% intraday decline seen early that day.
